about this poster

Circus caravan on the village square poster “TRAVELLING SHOW”

The circus has just arrived on the grassy square of a village, one afternoon. In the foreground, a brightly colored caravan with decorated wheels and carved panels catches every eye. A clown sits on its steps, a horse wears a plume, and children watch the scene in wonder. Beside it walks a stilt walker in striped trousers and a top hat. Behind, the striped big top is decked with pennants. This vertical poster is packed with cheerful details. The title “TRAVELLING SHOW” is printed on it.

A traveling circus poster for a child’s bedroom

Its cheerful colors and many details fit right into a child’s bedroom, a playroom, an entryway or a garden cabin. Its tall format slips neatly above a bed or a bookcase. It pairs well with painted wood, pennant garlands, stripes and bold tones. Combined with other circus posters, it makes a playful wall. It makes a lovely gift for a birth or a birthday, for a street performer, a stilt walker or a family who loves traveling shows.
