Exotic birds ornithological classification poster

Exotic birds poster, “EXOTIC SPECIES” plate

A macaw, a cockatoo, a toucan and a hornbill are lined up side by side on their perches, as in a scientific classification plate. Each species is drawn with the finesse of an engraving, from beak to tail feathers, making it easy to compare their very different silhouettes. The bright colors of the plumage, red, blue, yellow and white, stand out against the light background. This vertical poster has a cabinet of curiosities feel, both scholarly and decorative. The title “EXOTIC SPECIES” is printed on it.

A bird plate for an office or bedroom

Its bright colors on a light background suit an office, a library, a child’s bedroom, a living room or a sunroom. The portrait format hangs well above a desk, between 2 shelves or in a hallway. It pairs well with dark wood, rattan, brass, tropical plants and curiosities. With other natural history plates, it creates a study-style wall. It is the perfect gift for an amateur ornithologist, a child who loves animals, a science teacher or a lover of antique plates.
