about this poster

Kayak on a Vancouver Island lake poster

Alone on a calm lake on Vancouver Island, a kayaker paddles a red kayak. A thick conifer forest surrounds the water, and rugged snow-capped mountains are reflected in it like a mirror. The landscape format unfolds the full scale of this wild setting, where the boat looks tiny. The red of the kayak stands out against the greens and blues and immediately draws the eye. This kayak poster breathes absolute calm, beneath the title “VANCOUVER ISLAND”.

A grand Canadian landscape for the living room or an adventurer

Its horizontal format sits well above a sofa, a bed, a desk or an entryway bench. Its deep greens and blues pair with raw wood, wool, leather and white, gray or forest green walls, in a cabin or Nordic spirit. It can join other mountain and wide-open-spaces posters. A great gift for a kayaker, a lover of Canada, a hiker or a friend planning a road trip in British Columbia.
